Buena Calidad precio. Buena base para explorar esta zona de la isla.
Hotel enfocado a familias, sobretodo alemanas, en régimen de todo incluido. Reservamos sólo desayuno con bastante antelación, lo cuál nos permitió conseguir muy buen precio por un 4 estrellas. Buena ubicación con fácil aparcamiento en la zona. Sólo hay que cruzar la calle para ir a la maravillosa playa de muro/alcudia - recomiendo ir a primera hora que hay poca gente y el mar está plato. Sin aglomeraciones. El pueblo de Alcudia y puerto de Alcudia a tan sólo 10 minutos en coche y también hay autobús público. También quedan cerca excursiones como a Formentor. Buenas instalaciones con gran cantidad de actividades para los pequeños y no tan pequeños. Personal atento, preparados y simpáticos. Buen desayuno con gran variedad.
Faltan pequeños detalles para un 4 estrellas como champú/acondicionador, plancha para la ropa. El volumen de la animación a ratos muy alto (probablemente también influye la forma del hotel que amplifica el sonido). A los amantes de la buena música les tocará sufrir un poco de Pitbull y su canción "Timber".

Genial.
La atención, especialmente de Carmen de recepción, los camareros del bar, del comedor. Nos encantó la comida, tanto del bar como del restaurante. Las bebidas eran primeras marcas, y servidas en copas o vasos de cristal, no esos horribles vasos de plástico. Y te servían tanto en la terraza como en el interior. No tenías q hacer largas colas como en otros hoteles. La habitación ( mini apartamento) super acogedor, amplio, bonito y la cama muy grande y comodísima. Teles tanto en la sala ,( tv muy grande) como en la habitación. Baño amplio y con detalles geniales para los clientes.
Algo que no se puede evitar. Al estar pegado al lago, habían mosquitos
